The Mission of the Housing Authority of Yamhill County is to provide the opportunity for decent, safe, sanitary, and affordable housing to lower-income families residing in our community and opportunities to become self-sufficient.

In order to fulfill this mission, The Housing Authority has established the following objectives:

1. To provide housing assistance in a manner that respects the dignity and inherent worth of every person.

2. To invest in self-sufficiency programs for eligible families, including home ownership.

3. To serve as a one-stop resource for affordable housing information.

4. To further the revitalization of the community through maintenance and rehabilitation of existing housing.

5. To maximize the utilization of available funds to assist eligible families.

6. To adapt quickly and effectively to changing laws and regulations in order to remain a high performing agency.
