Welcome to the Yamhill Housing Resource Center!!  We are here to help you find “Affordable Housing” in Yamhill County, Oregon. 

The Yamhill Housing Resource Center is operated and supported by two organizations that are also part of this web : 

              The Yamhill County Affordable Housing Corporation (YCAHC)

              The Housing Authority of Yamhill County (HAYC)

Both organizations have the same purpose:  To help provide affordable housing to lower and moderate income families that wish to reside in beautiful Yamhill County, Oregon.

Several programs are offered through these two organizations to assist with affordable housing.  They are described in this web .  In addition, we offer you the services of our Resource Center to help lead you to the resources that you need.

The Resource Center is designed as a “One-Stop Shopping” center for your affordable housing questions.  Even if we do not offer the services you need, we can help you find those services through our referral service. 

You will find out more about the center in this web as well as the two organizations that support it.  We also invite you to visit our Resource Center located off of Highway 18 next to the Red Lion Inn in McMinnville.  Directions to the Center, and people to contact, are included in this .
