In meeting its goal of providing affordable housing the Housing Authority of Yamhill County (HAYC) needs the cooperation and assistance of various private sector parties. We have listed below the opportunities for businesses to partner with the Housing Authority in meeting housing needs in Yamhill County:

Landlords: The HUD Section 8 rental subsidy program depends on the participation of local landlords.

Bidding: Based on Housing Authority Procurement Policy, qualified vendors are encouraged to respond to bid requests for goods and services.

Development: As developers of affordable housing, HAYC hires general contractors and related development specialists to complete both new projects and rehabilitation of existing housing units.
