A key to successful homeownership!!
This is a 6-Part seminar taught on a single Saturday. The course teaches participants how to prepare for home buying.
Experienced volunteers from the real estate and banking industry teach the course.
Completion of the course satisfies the educational requirements for certain down payment and closing cost programs.

January 19th / 8:30 to 4:30 - English
March 15th / 8:3 0 to 4:30 - English
May 17th / 8:30 to 4:30 – English
June 14th / 8:30 to 4:30 - Spanish-speaking only
July 26th / 8:30 to 4:30 - English
September 20th / 8:30 to 4:30 - English
October 18th / 8:30 to 4:30 – English
November 15th/ 8:30 to 4:30 - Spanish-speaking only
December 13th / 8:30 to 4:30 - English
