This is the top of the page that shows on all of the pages on this website other than on PDF files. This header has five small pictures and a logo for the Housing Authority. The VIDA program offers homeowners a chance to save for needed repairs and renovations to their primary dwelling. This asset class is available both to those who own and those who rent, although preference will be given to those who own their homes, such as in a mobile home park.

Participants are required to complete Financial Literacy classes along with individual asset specific training; this will be developed by the VIDA Coordinator and participant, and must be a minimum of 6 hours total training time.

The maximum match allowed for Home Repair and Renovation is $6,000.00 over 24 months.
