This is the top of the page that shows on all of the pages on this website other than on PDF files. This header has five small pictures and a logo for the Housing Authority. Below this header on the left side of all the pages (except pdf pages) are menus that will take you to various pages - some of these menus drop down to the right with a mouse positioned over the menu item if there are subcategories. Each one is a link to either a page or a pdf file. Below the menus is a search box where you can search text on this site including inside pdf files.

The Yamhill/Polk Housing Resource Centers were developed as a partnership between the Yamhill County Affordable Housing Corporation (YCAHC) and Polk Community Development Corporation (PCDC). The Centers were developed to provide a one- stop center for information on Homeownership and related needs in Yamhill and Polk Counties. Our Centers, located in McMinnville and Dallas, offer a place to find resources, classes, and financial counseling. In addition we provide an annual Homeownership Fair and regular orientation meetings for our programs.
