This is the top of the page that shows on all of the pages on this website other than on PDF files. This header has five small pictures and a logo for the Housing Authority. The Yamhill Housing Resource Center offers the following classes:

Financial Literacy - This is a four-part class taught in 2.5 hour sections. Topics include budgeting, credit, attitudes about money, and much more. This is a fun, interactive class specifically tailored to the adult learner, providing for lots of input and question and answer time.

ABC's of Homebuying - This is a one day Saturday class taught by local professionals in which we cover first time homebuying. Topics include finances, mortgages and shopping for a home. There is always time for questions and our instructors are available on breaks and after class to discuss your situation with you. This class is a great opportunity for you to learn more about the process of purchasing a home and make connections in the industry.
