Cuurent Public Housing Resident FAQs

1.) I have a repair problem. Who should I call? See our Maintenance Work Request page for the number you need.

2.) I started a new job, or lost my current job. What should I do?
Put it in writing! You can download our change report form, print it out and mail it in, or you can just write us a handwritten note about the change. Be sure to print your name clearly, and give us an address and phone number for your employer.

3.) I want someone to move in with me. What do I need to do? You need to submit an application for the person who is moving into your home, and it needs to be approved before they move in. The first thing to do is write a letter to your caseworker and let them know who it is who you want to move in. There will be some additional paperwork that you, your landlord, and the new family member will all have to sign.
