Homeport
The Housing Authority constructed a 12-unit apartment complex in McMinnville in 1996 to provide a home for developmentally disabled persons and persons with serious and persistent mental illness. Most residents receive case management from the Yamhill County Mental Health Department. All units have separate entrances and there is a community room and shared laundry room for resident use.
